Those Were the Days
When the Formula 1 circus made its stop at Watkins Glen the teams were housed in the Kendall Tech Center. Race preparation was carried out here and then the teams would move the cars and equipment to the pits for practice and the race. The cars were pushed or towed through the spectator areas allowing the spectators to have an up-close view of the circus participants.
Those Were the Days captures the 1979 World Champion elect driver, Jody Schecketer, Ferrari 312T4 being pushed to the pit lane by the Scuderia Ferrari mechanics.
